Board of Port Wardens Mtg. - December 6, 2018

Regular monthly meeting beginning at 6 p.m.

Permits for Review:
    1. Myles Taylor, 304 Market Street, request to replace 134 linear feet of existing bulkhead, remove an existing pier, construct a 6’ wide by 52’ long pier with a 10’ wide by 24’ long “L” platform, and install 5 mooring piles to extend no more than 72 feet channelward of the proposed bulkhead.

       

    2. SHM Brewar Oxford Boat Yard and Marina, 502 E. Strand, request to reconfigure the docks, slips and piers, replace the existing bulkhead, install a kayak launch platform, and permit dredging to the 7’ MWL elevation.



  • Planning Commission Meeting - Dec. 4, 2018

    Building permit for review:

    - Andrew Beck, 107 First St., install 70' +/- of wood privacy fence along the southerly boundary of the property.  Fence will be 96" tall.



     


     






    Historic Meeting - December 3, 2018
    Regular monthly meeting beginning at 5 p.m.

    Building permits for Review:

    1.  Town Park, LLC, 104 S. Morris Street, construct ADA compliant ramped access and entry along south side of building; reconstruct angled storefront windowed bays to return front façade appearance and functionality to original.

    2. Bob Fay, 305 Market Street, remove small shed/oil tank enclosure and restore existing siding; elevate house and waterside porch; add 24” of block foundation to existing block foundation and parge all new and old block; remove existing brick roe lock around porch and add 24” of block foundation to existing porch; add new brick roe lock; backfill and pour concrete floor to top of roe lock; build brick steps with painted wood rail; lower house to new foundation; patch and paint siding and screen porch.
