Permits for Review:
- Peter Garahan, 304 E. Strand, replace two sliding glass doors at side patio with doors of similar style and color - white doors with grilles.
- Earl Sheck, 104 Benoni Ave., replace roof shingles with same color; replace asphalt shingles over bay window and front and side porches with standing seam metal roof; replace aluminum siding with Hardie plank lap siding (white), and paint trim, doors, and shutters.
- James Turrell, 308 Tilghman St., 4' white aluminum fence around pool which will connect to a new Azek and cedar trellis which will connect to equipment screening.
- Innspiration, LLC, 314 N. Morris St., temporary sandwich board sign in front of tavern entrance.
- Innspiration, LLC, 314 N. Morris St., install removable sidewalk sign to be hung from post during operational hours of tavern and removed daily at closing.

Regular Monthly Meeting Beginning at 5:00 p.m.

Permits for Review:
- Mr. and Mrs. Richard Newton, 210 N. Morris St., reuest to make revision to previously approved permit involving switch from decking lumber to composition lumber.
- Lelde and Heinrich Schmitz, 200 E. Strand, request to resurface porch floor with Azek material, slate gray color.
- Thomas Corl and Mary Cotton, 206 N. Morris St., revision to permit to narrow back steps from back porch to yard with Azek material to match porch.
- Thomas Corl and Mary Cotton, 206 N. Morris St., re-install fence; repair shed and replace roof, install salvage windows and Azek skirt, and replace existing doors with slding doors.
- Walter and Doreatha Rasin, 206 Tilghman St., replace fence with 4' aluminum fencing.

- Cynthia Egan, 215A and 215B South St., construct new permanent fencing on properties; approx. 324 lineal feet of 48" high picket fence and 48 lineal feet of 36" high picket fence; pickets will be 1 x 3 cedar and posts will be 4 x 4 pressure treated.
- Lisa Harrington, 208 N. Morris St., install 8 double hung Marvin 2 over 2 replacement windows, to match existing windows.
