Strand, revision to previously approved permit for swinging gates with arch shape and main gate to be painted white. • Preservation Green, LLC, 103 Mill Street, revision requests for stormwater cisterns, extension of existing loading dock on east side of workshop to connect to a deck extension requested for 101 Mill Street workshop, and extend an access ramp from the loading dock down to the base of the North Street shade tree allée to connect to Norton Street. • Preservation Green, LLC, 101 Mill Street, request for improvements and accessory structure involving recycling an existing shed from the previous building; extend existing deck space on the west side of the workshop north across the 2’ side yard setback to 103 Mill Street; extend an access ramp at the base of the Norton Street shade tree allée to connect to the loading dock of the 103 Mill Street workshops. • Katie Schroeder, 207 South St., repair existing deck and paint front door.
