- David Ober, 104 Tred Avon Ave., install 1 four-pile boat lift on existing pilings on north side of pier.

Maintenance Request for Review:

- Kent Habecker, 503 E. Strand, repair approximately 55 linear feet of existing bulkhead by driving new sheathing, backfilling, and replacing the cap board.

Building Permits for Review:

 


-           David Ober, 104 Tred Avon Ave., add 35’ sq. ft. of brick sidewalk to join entry porch with driveway.


-           Donald and Florence Gibson, 209 Tilghman Street, demolish existing house.



-           Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Zendt, 311 N. Morris St., renovation to previously approved permit to add 3 double hung windows on south @ rear of house; addition on north of rear existing previous addition with wood stove and chimney with brick veneer; remove existing storage shed. 


-           Church of the Holy Trinity, 502 S. Morris St., replace 20 existing storm windows with 20 new ones.
