Historic Meeting - October 1, 2018
Regular monthly meeting beginning at 5 p.m.

Building permits for Review:

- Ray and Marianne Nissen, 224 S. Morris St., interior remodel; replace doors and  windows at rear of house to create sunroom and improve access.

- John Miller, 104 Jefferson Street, 115’ of 4’, white stained fencing to replace the fence along the property line of 302 Market Street and 104 Jefferson Street.

- Sean and Sharon Cassidy, 100 Caroline Street., replacement of windows, window trim, and shutters.

- Waters Church, 203 Market Street, removal of existing church sign to be replaced with new sign in new location on property.

- Caroline Benson, 305 N. Morris Street, replacement of house and garage roof with in-kind replacement, repaint exterior siding and trim with same color, replace existing fence in kind, and replace windows in kind with Marvin Ulitmate windows.

- Ray Lewis, 104-106 Tilghman Street, remove existing siding and replace with Hardie lap siding.

- Jennifer Stanley, 221 South Street, revisions to previously approved building permit.
