The Oxford Board of Zoning Appeals has scheduled a public hearing to be held on Wednesday, August 17, 2022, in the meeting room of the Oxford Community Services Building, at 6:00 p.m., to consider the application request of John and Susan Devlin, property owners of 211 South Street, for a decision on an allegation of error in the case of the Oxford Historic District Commission’s decision to approve the installation of a 4’ wire fence at 213 South Street.
