TOWN OF OXFORD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Please take notice that the COMMISSIONERS OF OXFORD will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. on the following Ordinance:

ORDINANCE 2412:  AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMISSIONERS OF OXFORD TO AMEND THE OXFORD TOWN CODE TO PROHIBIT RETAIL ESTABLISHMENTS IN THE TOWN FROM PROVIDING CUSTOMERS WITH SINGLE USE DISPOSABLE PLASTIC BAGS

The Ordinance is posted online.  All interested persons are invited to participate and comment upon the proposed Ordinance. The meeting will be held in person and will be streamed virtually.
