Approval of minutes of April 11, May 9, and June 13, 2024

Permits for Review:

• Peter and Agnes Clancy, 106 Myrtle Avenue, replace existing pier with a new 116’ long by 6’ wide timber pier with a 12’ long by 4’ wide gangway, along with a 10’ long by 20’ wide floating platform, and 4 mooring piles.
• James P. Palmer, 100 Tred Avon Avenue, remove an existing pier and replace it with a 142’ long by 6’ wide timber pier with a 20’ long by 10’ wide end, a boatlift with associated piles, 3 mooring piles, and an osprey pole.
