ZONING NOTICE OF OXFORD PUBLIC HEARING

The Oxford Board of Zoning Appeals has scheduled a public hearing to be held on Thursday, December 22, 2022, at 5:00 p.m., in the meeting room of the Oxford Community Services Building, to consider the application of:

Christopher Rissmiller, property owner of 214 N. Morris Street, for a side yard variance for the placement of 2 propane cylinders, 2 outdoor condenser units, and the construction of a rear porch.

Details of this application may be inspected at the Town Office during regular office hours.
