ZONING NOTICE OF OXFORD PUBLIC HEARING

The Oxford Board of Zoning Appeals has scheduled a public hearing to be held on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. in the meeting room of the Oxford Community Services Building for the continuation of Appeal No. 23-09 for Robert M. Sommerlatte and Christine W. Maynard, property owners of 501 E Strand, to seek a variance of the front yard setback to relocate a 500-gallon underground propane tank 4’ closer to the front property line, measuring 1.7’ from the front property line.
