The Oxford Commissioners will hold a special meeting on Thursday at 6 pm via a video conference call. The purpose of the special meeting is for the purpose of holding a Closed Session to discuss public security including implementation of an emergency plan, to obtain legal advice regarding a real estate matter and personnel matters.
