The Oxford Board of Appeals has scheduled a public hearing to be held on Monday, September 12, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., in the meeting room of the Oxford Community Services Building, to consider the application of: David Ober and Sheilah Goodman, property owners of 104 Tred Avon Avenue, for a side yard variance in order to allow for renovations and a garage addition.

Details of these applications may be inspected at the Town Office during regular office hours.

The Oxford Board of Zoning Appeals has scheduled a public hearing to be held on Monday, September 12, 2022, in the meeting room of the Oxford Community Services Building, beginning at 5:00 p.m., to consider the application of Mr. John Litschert and Ms. Barbara Litschert, Trustees of the Estate of John H. and Margaret M. Litschert, at 212 South Street, for a side yard variance in order to have a mini-split unit/heat exchanger.
